BLISS BULLETIN: Are You Dressing For Your Age OR Your Lifestyle?

Posted in Seduce Yourself, Self Image, Sensual Bliss Action Challenge, Sexy Again on September 24th, 2009 by Rebecca Eisele – 6 Comments

FOR:  WOMEN OVER  50 ONLY!

This caught my eye and made me crazy!
The headline on the cover, “ARE YOU DRESSING YOUR AGE?”

(This is refers to a story inside MORE magazine-October 2009 issue.)

And the woman in this story is Barbara Newman, 55, who is transformed by the famous
Tim Gunn from her vibrant, energetic look into an older-looking lady in high heels. And
this is why I must write to you…

As you may know, I’ve been in the fashion industry for over 33yrs. Within this time, I’ve
seen women come to own their own individual fashion space. And I’m proud to say I
helped spearhead this along. You see, in the late seventies I coined the phrase,
‘Dressing for Lifestyle and NOT Age!’

Frankly, I thought Barbara Newman(p.48) looked great in her BEFORE outfit
(except for her bag.) I’m a little jealous because this ‘before look’ is the way I would dress…
if I had the body! I don’t, so I won’t.

I find this article ridiculous. And the fact(p.52) she’s wearing sandals which look to
be minimum 3″ heel height is laughable. And why? Here’s the caption, “A heel that’s
comfortable, fun and stylish”. I disagree, unless you just sit and don’t walk.

Shoes are my expertise and fit for comfort and lifestyle are primary

Real Love: Does Lovemaking Always Have To End In Orgasm?

Posted in Passion, Pleasure Power, Romance, Sensual, Sexy Again on September 16th, 2009 by Rebecca Eisele – Be the first to comment

DSCF0623_2Well, we know better! Don’t we, ladies?

But if you or your partner, or both…have been conditioned
to expect climax and orgasm, then no wonder you’re not
coming to grips with the tender mysteries and adventure
of the journey.

So you think having an orgasm is required…like passing
a test? Let’s be sensible:
*The magazine tells us we should have sex several times per week.
*In fact, if we don’t crave sex…we’re no longer sexy(they say).
*We should be salacious and wanton. Go look it up…I did!

Making love is not an Olympic feat. There’s no time limit, no rules,
and no winner!

Obviously something happens after the early formative years and NOW! We develop
a competitive nature, and the need to perform as in our youth. Or at least live up to

BLISS BUSTER: One Sure Way To Destroy Your Self-Confidence, Your Passion and Your LIFE!

Posted in Bliss Buster, Desire, Passion, Self Image, Sensual, Sensual Bliss Action Challenge on September 6th, 2009 by Rebecca Eisele – 5 Comments

DSCF0633_2It all started when I first looked in the mirror this morning.
I look old…old neck…moisturizer can’t perform miracles…
chatter…chatter…new pants too tight…eat like a pig…too
old to wear jeans anyway…chatter…chatter…chatter…
we hear it all the time! In our head!

Our internal monologue is part of our ’self.’ We don’t
even realize we have this continual, negative conversation
going on…chatter…chatter…chatter…

Especially for Women Over 50: Pay attention! Just listen to yourself! Do
you realize what you’re doing? This negative self-talk is ruining your life!

Eliminating this self-talk can actually make you feel sexy and desired again.
You’ll develop new passions and feel in love. Sure, it’s easy to say. But, convincing
yourself this actually works, can be difficult.

The best way is by a negative self-talk example:
*Another crappy day…I’m tired already.
*Got to do 50 curnches or my fat gut will fall to my knees.
Doesn’t do any good…a waste of time.
*I look fat anyway…so who cares?
*I never follow through. No wonder I look hideous!

Here’s an example of positive self-talk:

Do You Feel With Your Eyes? Sure You Do!

aug-sept 159_2Meet my Grand-Dog Ingrid.
How cute!

I’m using Ingrid’s photo to make a point. Something we all
can relate to: Our Eyes Have Feeling!

When looking at a picture of Ingrid, I immediately make the
‘aawww’ sound and feel all warm and cuddly. It’s just like
Ingrid is right next to me. And then I think of her cold, wet
nose / how she waits anxiously by my refrigerator door for
a dollop of yogurt / the warmth of her big ol’ head resting on my lap. I’m even smiling
as I write this for you. (I can even smell her, but I won’t go further.)

How do you feel when you see your baby(your pet), or grandchild, OR when you
see a photo of someone or something you don’t like at all? I call this ‘eye touch’.
Our emotions immediately come to the surface…both good or bad, loving or disgusting
and all other feelings in between.

We don’t just SEE with our eyes.
